      建立了测定苹果、葡萄、梨等水果中二氰蒽醌残留的分散固相萃取-高效液相色谱联用的方法。水果样品用乙腈提取,采用C18吸附剂分散固相萃取净化,HPLC-UV检测器测定。液相色谱条件为:乙腈-水为流动相(体积比为70:30),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,外标法定量。方法的线性范围为0.10~5.00 μg/mL, 线性相关系数为0.999;平均加标回收率为88.8%~116.9%,相对标准偏差均小于11%,方法检出限为0.04 μg/mL。该方法适用于水果中二氰蒽醌农药残留的检测。
英文摘要:
      A method was developed for determining dithianon residue in fruits such as apple, grape and pear by dispersive solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. The dithianon residue in fruits were extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up by dispersive solid phase extraction using C18 dispersive sorbent. The dithianon residue were detected by HPLC with UV detector, and quantified by external standard. The mobile phase was acetonitril-water (70:30, volume ratio), the rate of flow was 1.0 mL/min, and the wavelength of detection was 254 nm. The good linearity was obtained ranging from 0.1 to 5.0 μg/mL, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999. The average recoveries ranged from 88.8% to 116.9%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 11%, the limit of detection was 0.04 μg/mL. The method of dispersive SPE-HPLC established in this study could be used for detected dithianon residue in fruits.
