      利用索氏提取器,采用3 种溶剂系统对贵州产金樱子种子油脂肪酸进行提取,经过氢氧化钾碱催化法进行脂肪酸的甲酯化处理后,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对脂肪酸的组成及含量进行测定和分析。结果表明,金樱子主要含有棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸、硬脂酸和花生酸等8种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸的含量较高。石油醚-乙酸乙酯(6:1)是提取金樱子种子油脂肪酸比较理想的溶剂系统。
英文摘要:
      Fatty acids in the seed oil of Rosa laevigata Michx were extracted by Soxhlet extraction with different solvent system.After being methyl esterification catalysed with KOH, the fatty compositions were detected by GC/MS. There were 8 fatty acid were identified.The main compositions were some saturated fatty acids,such as linoleic acid and other fatty acids. The optimal solvent systems were found to be V(Petroleum Ether):V(Ethylacetate)=6:1.
