采用湿法消解处理5 种不同发育时期香石竹器官,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES 法)测定K、Ca、Mg、B、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn 的含量,研究香石竹体内的营养分布规律。结果表明:K在香石竹各器官中的含量逐渐增大;Ca 在前期浓度增加较快,在花蕾膨大后期有剧烈降低,“十字期”又略有增加;Mg 在前期浓度增加较快,开花前逐渐降低;B在前期浓度逐渐加大,在“十字期”剧烈增加,达到叶含量的4.4 倍;Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn 的含量随着花蕾的形成逐渐增大,在“十字期”浓度开始减小;Mn含量减少较为迅速。 |

The contents of K, Ca, Mg, B, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn were determined in 5 kinds of carnation organ by ICP-AES with wet digestion to study the distribution of nutrition. The results indicated that the content of K increased gradually. The content of Ca increased rapidly in early stage, it has a drastic reduction and in bud swelling period, but increased slightly in the cross period. The content of Mg increased quickly in early stage, but reduced gradually before its blossom.The content of B increased gradually in early stage, and increased dramatically in the cross period, which reached 4.4 times of the level of leaves. The content of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn increased
gradually as the flower bud format, it began to decrease in the cross period. the content of Mn reduced more rapidly. |
