| 针对当前我国村庄整合的实际，分析了加强农村新社区文化建设对增加农民感情交流、促进本土文化融合、满足农民精神需求等方面的意义，在剖析村庄整合背景下农村文化建设影响因素的基础上，从管理体制、投入机制、人才建设机制和创新活动形式等4个方面提出了相应的对策建议。 |

| In the light of the current integration of rural villages in our country, this paper analyzed the significance of strengthening rural new community cultural construction as to increase farmer emotional exchanges, to promote the native culture fusion and to content the demand of farmer spirit. On the basis of influential factors of the community culture construction in rural areas under the background of integration of rural villages, from four aspects such as management system, input mechanism, talent construction mechanism, innovation activity forms and establishing evaluation system. |
