| 从土壤中分离得到一株好氧反硝化细菌F6，该菌株在好氧条件下具有反硝化能力。亚硝酸盐氮初始浓度为250 mg/L时，该菌株在48 h 内亚硝酸盐氮去除率为64.40%。通过形态学特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA 同源性比较对菌株F6进行鉴定，初步判断其为嗜碱副球菌（Paracoccus alcaliphilus）。 |

| An aerobic denitrifying bacterial strain F6 was isolated from soil. The denitrifying experiment results showed that under aerobic conditions the reduction efficiency within 30 hours was up to 64.40% respectively with initial NO2-N concentration of 250 mg/L. On the basis of its physiological and molecular properties, strain F6 was identified as Paracoccus alcaliphilus. |
