| 以QQJ 社区为例，介绍了以社区为平台、以社区居民参与为核心，通过构建有效的运作机制，广泛利用社区社会资本，在与政府平等合作的基础上实行农村公共服务社区化的创新模式，并得出了几点启示：明确政府和社区的合作伙伴关系，发挥政府在农村公共服务社区化中的推动作用；创新农村公共服务社区化模式，构建有效的农村公共服务社区化运作机制；运用各类社会资本，加强农村公共服务多方参与。 |

| Taking the QQJ community for example, this paper introduced how to establish innovation mode of the rural public service communization based on community as a platform, the participation of community residents as the core, construction of efficient operation mechanism, using community social capital extensively and cooperation with the government equally. The research got the enlightenments:playing the role of the government in the communization of rural public services and establishing partnership between government and community, creating the new model of rural public service communization and building effective operation mechanism of rural public
service communization, using all kinds of social capital and strengthening multiparty participation of rural public service. |
