      采用均匀设计优化荔枝渣低温发酵转化乙醇的工艺参数,荔枝渣预处理工艺主要考察酶用量、酶解时间、酶解温度对酶解效果的影响,发酵转化乙醇工艺主要考察酒曲添加量、发酵时间、发酵温度、糖度等参数对发酵过程中乙醇得率的影响。利用DPS7.05 软件对荔枝渣低温发酵转化乙醇的发酵工艺进行偏最小二乘回归分析,获得最佳的发酵工艺参数为酒曲添加量0.5%,发酵时间168 h,发酵温度30℃,糖度16°Bx,优化模型的乙醇得率为17.16%,在此条件下实际乙醇得率为15.4%。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the technologies of ethanol production fermented from litch residue were discussed using uniform design and the optimization parameters of alcoholic fermentation as the index of alcoholic productive rate were studied. It mainly investigated the amount of enzyme, the time and temperature of enzymatic hydrolysis in the pretreatment process of samples. We also studied the parameters of the process of ethanol production fermented of samples including the addition amount, the time and temperature of fermentation and sugar degree, respectively. The results showed that the initial concentration of saccharification liquid was 16°Bx, the alcoholic additive was 0.5%, the fermentation temperature was 30℃, and the best fermentation time was 168 h, and the alcoholic productive rate could reach 17.16% under the best optimization parameters with the help of DPS7.05 software by uniform design. The practical yield of ethanol was 15.4% under this condition.
