      选用初始体重为2.43(±0.03)g的吉富罗非鱼(GIFT Oreochromis niloticus),随机分为5组,分别投喂含0、8*10^5、4±10^6、2*10^7、1.5*10^8 CFU/g 嗜酸乳酸菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)的试验饲料,记为G0、G1、G2、G3 和G4。养殖42 d后,测定罗非鱼的生长指标、体成分、血清非特异性免疫相关酶活性和肠道细菌数量。结果显示,G3 和G4 的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质效率(PER)均高于G0,但未到达显著水平;饲料系数(FC)以G3 最低,各组之间差异不显著。饲料中添加乳酸菌对罗非鱼全鱼水分和灰分含量没有显著性影响,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量有不同程度的升高,但差异不显著。与G0 相比,添加嗜酸乳酸菌可提高罗非鱼血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性,其中G3组SOD 活性显著升高。饲料中添加嗜酸乳酸菌能降低罗非鱼肠道细菌总数,其中G2和G3显著低于G0;G2、G3和G4罗非鱼肠道中大肠杆菌数与G0 相比显著降低;罗非鱼肠道乳酸菌数量随嗜酸乳酸菌添加水平的增加呈现升高的趋势,但差异未达到显著性水平;各组罗非鱼肠道双歧杆菌数量差异不显著。结果表明,饲料中添加嗜酸乳酸菌可一定程度促进吉富罗非鱼的生长,提高血清SOD 和AKP 活性,降低肠道中细菌总数,抑制大肠杆菌生长。

      The GIFT Oreochromis niloticus with an initial weight of 2.43(±0.03)g, were randomly assigned to 5 groups and respectively fed the diets supplemented with different levels of Lactobacillus(0, 8*10^5, 4*10^6, 2*10^7 and 1.5*10^8 CFU/g, diet), named G0,G1, G2, G3 and G4. After 42 days’feeding, the results showed that no significant difference was found in WGR, SGR, PER and FC of fish among all groups. There was no significant difference in body moisture and ash content. Crude protein and crude lipid content in G1~G4 increased compared with G0. Serum SOD, AKP and ACP activities in G1~G4 were higher than in G0, showing a significant increase in G3. Dietary Lactobacillus decreased the total bacteria count in the intestine which were significantly lower in G2 and G3 than in G0.The number of intestinal Escherchia coli in G2~G4 was significantly lower than in G0. The number of intestinal Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium was not significantly different among all groups. In conclusion, dietary Lactobacillus could improve the growth performance to some extent and non-specific immunity, reduce total number of bacteria and E. coli in the intestine of GIFT O. niloticus.
