| 对龙滩水库养殖区和非养殖区的大型浮游动物垂直分布进行分层采样，采样水层为0.5、2、4、6、8、10、15、20、30m。结果表明，养殖区的大型浮游动物种类高于非养殖区，大型浮游动物密度分布中心在养殖和非养殖区分别为8.2、10.1m。透明度、温度是影响龙滩水库大型浮游动物垂直分布的主要因素。 |

| The vertical distribution of zooplankton species was studied by sampling water at different depths (0.5 m, 2 m, 4 m, 6 m, 8 m,10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 30 m) in culture and non-culture distract of Longtan reservoir. The result suggested that the species of zooplankton in culture distract was more than in non-culture distract, the center of the zooplankton distribution in the culture and non-culture distract respectively was 8.2 m, 10.1 m. Transparency and temperature were the principal environmental factors driving the vertical distribution. |
