      大豆(Glycine max)是我国重要的油料作物,由于受到外界环境的影响,其产量和品质均不稳定。常规育种与生物技术在培育高产、优质、抗逆植物新品种方面发挥了巨大的作用。因此,为了获得具有优良性状的植株,达到快速培育大豆新品种的目的,从常规育种和生物技术两个方面对大豆品种改良的主要方法、基本原理及其应用进行综述,旨在为大豆育种研究工作提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Soybean (Glycine max) is an important oil crop, the yield and quality is not stable due to the impact of the external environment. Conventional breeding and biotechnology has played a huge role in the development of plants with high-yield, high-quality and resilience. In order to obtain the plants with good traits and cultivate new varieties of soybean rapidly, this paper reviewed the improved methods, basic principles and applications of soybean from conventional breeding and biotechnology to provide references for the soybean breeding research.
