      采用点滴法测试了水葫芦乙醇提取物对黄粉虫三龄幼虫和末龄幼虫的生物活性。结果表明,水葫芦乙醇提取物对三龄幼虫有很强的毒杀作用,不同浓度的处理组与对照组死亡率的差异都达到了显著水平。当乙醇提取物浓度为50 mg/mL时,三龄幼虫死亡率为73.33%。乙醇提取物对三龄幼虫体重增加量和蜕皮时间的影响在浓度达到50 mg/mL 时才与乙醇对照组有显著差异。对于末龄幼虫,随着乙醇提取物浓度的增加,其死亡率和畸形率增加而羽化率降低。
英文摘要:
      In order to test the bioactivity of ethanol extract from Eichhornia crassipe, we tested 3rd instars and last-instar larvae of Tenebrio molitor in different concentrations by using topical application method. The results showed that the ethanol extract was strongly poisonous to the 3rd instars, and the mortality significantly increased in all groups which were treated with different concentrations of ethanol extract comparing with the control group, the mortality could reach to 73.33% when concentration was 50 mg/mL. However, the weight gaining and moulting time of 3rd instars were significantly decreased and postponed respectively only when the concentration reached to 50 mg/mL. Additionally, the mortality and malformation rate of the last -instar larvae increased and the emergence rate decreased decreased with the ethanol extract concentration increasing.
