用生物化学和微生物学的技术方法,检测分析了2~5 龄期家蚕蚕沙的部分理化性质和微生物类群的变化。结果表明,2~5 龄蚕的蚕沙含水率在62%~66%之间,pH 值接近中性;大蚕(4~5 龄蚕)蚕沙的有机质、总氮含量较小蚕(2~3 龄蚕)的蚕沙高,钙、镁、钾及微量元素铁、锰、铜、锌含量则低于小蚕的蚕沙;小蚕蚕沙中重金属元素铅、铬、汞的含量比大蚕蚕沙高。各龄蚕沙中的微生物类群和数量差异不明显,数量最多的是细菌,其次是放线菌,真菌最少。 |

Physicochemical properties and microbial population of silkworm paeces of 2 ~5 instar silkworm were detected and
analysed with biochemisty and microbiology techniques. Moister content of 2~5 instar silkworm paeces were 62%~66% and pH were neutrality. Content of organic matter and total nitrogen in large silkworm paecese were higher than those in small ones, while the content of calcium, magecium, potasscium and trace element (iron, manganese, copper, zinc) were lower than those in small ones. The content of plumbum, chromium and mercury in small instar (2~3 instar) silkworm paeces were higher than thoese in large ones. There were no obvious difference in microorganism population and qulity in different period silkworm paeces. The number of microorganism was most, followed by actinomycetes, fungi at least. |
