| 利用Visual Studio 2010为开发平台，SQL Server 2008 为后台数据库，搭建了基于流媒体技术的农业实用技术点播系统。该系统可为广大农户、企业及科技人员提供便捷的访问方式、直观形象的农业实用技术，不仅可改变和创新传统的农业技术推广方式，还可使农业技术的推广突破时空限制，降低推广和培训成本，提高服务质量。 |

| Visual Studio 2010 was used as development platform and SQL Server 2008 was used as database to construct VOD system for showing practical agricultural technology based on streaming media technology in this study. The VOD system could provide
practical agricultural technology for farmers, enterprises and scientific and technical personnels conveniently and visually. The system could not only change and innovate the promotion way of agricultural technology, but also could breakout the restrictions of time and space for agricultural technology promotion. The way of agricultural technology promotion decreased the cost of promotion and train and increased its quality. |
