      菠萝蜜是集水果、木本粮食及珍贵用材于一体的热带树种,富含多种营养成分和一些特殊的植物活性成分,具有抗氧化、提高免疫、降血糖、抗肿瘤、促进伤口愈合等功效。对菠萝蜜营养成分及其药理作用的相关研究进行了综述,并对其进一步开发与应用进行展望。
英文摘要:
      Jackfruit is a tropical species specializing in fruits, woody grain and precious timber, which contains plenty nutritional compositions and some precious plant active ingredients has a significant efficiency in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic and wound healing. This article gives a brief introduction of the nutritional ingredients and pharmacological functions of jackfruit, further research and the development prospects are also proposed.
