黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗癌等生理活性,但该类化合物存在脂溶性或水溶性较差、生物利用率低、稳定性不好等缺点。利用生物转化方法对其进行结构修饰,可改善其溶解性,增强其生理活性及稳定性。对近年来黄酮类化合物生物转化中的水解、酯化、糖基化等几种重要的生物催化反应进行了综述,并对发展前景进行了展望。 |

Flavonoids have antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-cancer and other physical activity, but these compounds have some shortcomings of poor fat-soluble or water-soluble, low bioavailability and stability. Biotransformation of structural modification can improve solubility, and enhance physical activity and stability. This article reviewed several important bio-catalytic reactions in the biotransformation of flavonoids in recent years, hydrolysis, esterification, glycosylation, and prospect of biotransformation was anticipated. |
