| 随着广东省拉开碳交易的大幕，低碳经济政策和碳交易政策成为督促我国企业良性发展的重要因素。为了更充分说明低碳经济政策对农业经济发展的影响，借用托宾的Q值代表上市公司价值，实证分析了欧盟上市公司的价值变化情况。研究结果表明，低碳经济政策对企业发展是有利的。 |

| As the carbon trading system is about to take place in Guangdong province first, low-carbon policy and carbon trading is
about to urge all enterprises in China to develop in a better way. To evaluate the impact of low-carbon policy on agricultural economics, this paper taken Tobin's Q to stand for company evaluation, and analyzed the impact on European listed companies. The result showed that low-carbon policy was good for the development of enterprises. |
