为探讨氮对菠萝贮藏品质的影响,以尿素为氮源,采用滴灌的形式,研究了不同施氮水平(每667m2分别施0、5、15、25 kg)对巴厘(Ananas comosus cv. Comtede Paris)采收及贮藏期间的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C(Vc)和可溶性蛋白的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,适量增施氮肥能提高菠萝采收时可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,降低Vc 含量;减缓贮藏期间果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量的下降,提高果实可滴定酸、Vc和可溶性蛋白的含量。菠萝每667m2施氮15kg时,能有效改善菠萝果实的贮藏品质。 |

An experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different nitrogen levels (0, 5, 15, 25 kg per 667 m2), used urea as nitrogen source and applied through drip irrigation, on the content of total soluble solid, soluble sugar, titratable acid, vitamin C and soluble protein of postharvest storage pineapple (Ananas comosus cv. Comtede Paris) fruit. The results showed that compared with the control, appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer applications could increase the content of soluble solids and soluble sugar in harvest, and reduce vitamin C content in fruits. But it slowed down the reduction of soluble solids content and soluble sugar content and improved the content of titratable acid, vitamin C and soluble protein of storage fruits. 15 kg per 667 m2 application could effectively improve the storage quality of pineapple fruits. |
