以成熟的黄皮种子为材料,研究了脱水处理对黄皮种子生理指标的影响。将黄皮种子置于装有饱和的LiCl(RH12%)、MgCl2(RH 32%)Mg(NO3)2(RH 52%)、NaCl(RH 72%)、H2O(RH 100%)溶液的干燥器中脱水处理。7 d后,测定黄皮种子的发芽率、发芽势、蛋白质含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,结果显示,脱水程度越高,种子的发芽率、发芽势、SOD活性、POD活性越低,可溶性蛋白含量的变化刚好相反。POD 同工酶结果表明,脱水过程中POD 不断被分解,尤其是小分子量的POD 同工酶的降解更为明显。 |

In order to evaluate effects of dehydration treatment on Chinese wampee 【Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels】mature seeds,
several physiological indexes of seeds dehydrated with different degrees for 7 days were compared. Chinese wampee seeds were putted in a dryer which contains saturated solution of LiCl(RH 12%), MgCl2(RH 32%), Mg(NO3)2 (RH 52%), NaCl(RH 72%), H2O(RH 100%) for dehydration treatment. The results showed that a higher dehydration level led to the lower germination rate, germination potential,peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities but soluble protein increased. The results of POD isoenzyme electrophoresis indicated that POD has been decomposed with the loss of water content, especially the small molecular ones. |
