      木质素的生物合成是一个复杂的过程,有许多酶参与了此过程。生长素响应因子(ARFs)在木质素合成过程中起着重要作用,通过调节早起生长素基因的表达,从而影响基因的转录活化或抑制。利用ARFs 已有序列及杨树基因芯片数据对其进化及与生长素的相关性进化分析,结果表明,杨树ARF序列的保守性高达60%;生长素含量、上调基因数目与基因表达信号量两两之间在夏秋季节中表现为高度相关,冬季对生长素响应因子信号量的影响最大。
英文摘要:
      The biosynthesis of lignin is a complex process and many enzymes involve in the procedure. ARFs play a key role in the lignin biosynthsis which can affect gene transcription activation or repression by adjusting the early gene expression. This article mainly carriesd on the analysis of evolution and correlation of the available sequence and auxin based on ARFs gene chip data, the results showed that the conservation of poplar ARF sequence up to 60%. The relativity of up-regulated genes number, auxin content and signal of gene expression with each other was high in summer and autumn. The effect of winter on the semaphore of the auxin response was the largest.
