      果蔬贮藏环境中适当的湿度可以抑制果蔬水分的蒸发,从而减少果蔬的干耗并保持果蔬的鲜脆,延长保鲜周期。在文献检索的基础上,根据不同加湿原理,对现有加湿技术进行分类,分析在果蔬贮藏领域常用加湿装置的工作原理和组成,同时对各种加湿方式的性能进行对比,提出了加湿方式的展望,以促进该技术的发展与应用。
英文摘要:
      Appropriate humidity of the storage environment can protect fruits and vegetables from evaporation of water and loss of weight, keep them fresh and prolong the preservation period. In this paper, based on literature retrieval and according to different humidifying principles, the existing humidifying technologies are clarified and the working principle and structure of humidifying device commonly used in the field of fruits and vegetables storage are analyzed. At the same time, the properties of various humidifying methods are compared and the prospects for development are raised, in order to promote the further development and application of this technology.
