分析宿根甘蔗幼苗黄化与叶片矿质元素丰缺状况的相关性,从营养学角度探讨该病症的发生机理。实地调查南宁、崇左等宿根甘蔗幼苗黄化发生严重的蔗区,采集宿根黄化苗、宿根正常苗的植株叶片,测定叶绿素含量和矿质元素含量。结果显示:非金属元素N、S含量黄化苗低于正常苗,金属元素含量黄化苗均高于正常苗;叶片Al含量过高与蔗苗黄化呈极显著正相关,叶片S含量缺乏与蔗苗黄化呈显著正相关。植株体内Al 含量过高对蔗苗产生毒害作用,很可能是导致宿根蔗幼苗黄化的主要原因;其次是叶片缺硫导致蔗苗失绿黄化。 |

The present experiment was conducted to analysis the correlation between the etiolation of ratoon sugarcane seedlings and the plentiful-lack condition of leaf mineral elements,to explore the mechanism of the disease from the point of nutrition. Surveyed Nanning, Chongzuo sugarcane area where the ratoon sugarcane seedlings etiolated severely,collected leaf samples of etiolated seedlings and normal seedlings, determined chlorophyll content and mineral element content. Results the N尧S content of etiolated seedlings was lower than normal seedlings, metal elements content of etiolated seedlings was higher than normal seedlings; high Al content in leaf was positively correlated with the etiolation of ratoon sugarcane seedlings highly significantly,the lack of leaf S content was positively correlated with the etiolation of ratoon sugarcane seedlings significantly. Conclusion High Al content in plant had produced toxic effects to sugarcane seedlings,that might be the major causes lead to ratoon sugarcane seedling etiolation; the lack of leaf S content was the secondary causes lead to ratoon sugarcane seedling etiolation. |
