通过盆栽试验,研究不同氮水平(0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6g/kg土)对剑麻幼苗地上部和根系生物量、养分含量、氮肥利用效率的影响。结果表明,剑麻地上部和根系生物量(干重)、氮肥回收率、氮肥农学利用率均在施氮水平为0.1g/kg土时最高,地上部、根系干重分别为15.39、2.30g/株,为对照的128%、131%;氮肥回收率、氮肥农学利用率分别为12.68%、8.48 kg/kg;而施氮水平为1.6 g/kg土时,剑麻地上部和根系生物量反而降低;与对照相比,适量施氮明显增加剑麻地上部生物量,但各施氮处理之间差异不显著;剑麻根系生物量则随着施氮水平的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势;剑麻地上部和根系含氮量、植株氮素积累量总体上随着施氮水平的升高而升高,而氮肥回收率、氮肥农学利用率则随着施氮水平的升高而降低。 |

Using sisal seeding as materials, pot-culture experiment was used to study the effect of different nitrogen levels on the growth, including the plant total biomass, root biomass, leaf N-contents , root N-contents and N use efficiency. Result showed that when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied in the amount of 0.1 g/kg gram per plant, the plant total biomass and the root biomass were the largest,N recovery efficiency and N use efficiency were the best. The plant total biomass and the root biomass were the least when the nitrogen nutrition levels was 1.6 g/kg gram per plant. When supplied with 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 g/kg gram nitrogen per plant, the plant total biomass was larger than that of under 0 g/kg gram per plant. But with the nitrogen nutrition levels increasing, the root biomass decreased. With the
nitrogen nutrition levels increasing, leaf N-contents, root N-contents and N-accumulation of the plant increased, on the contrary, N recovery efficiency and N use efficiency decreased. |
