| The change of global climate becomes international hot issue, carbon trading is an efficient path to face climate change,and has become an inevitable choice in the time of low-carbon economy. This paper analysed the development of the domestic and international carbon trading market, and discussed in detail the Significance and realistic condition of the development of the carbon trading market in Shaanxi Province. Combined with the actual circumstances of Shaanxi province, Some suggestions about promoting the development of the carbon market were put forward. |
