利用9个烤烟品种(系)和一个白肋烟品种TN90,按NC域设计方法配置25个杂交组合,对影响烟草香型风格的3种主要香味物质含量的配合力进行分析。结果表明,影响烟草香型风格的3种主要香味物质的遗传特性主要受基因非加性效应控制。以改良烟叶浓香型风格为育种目标时,红花大金元、革新3号是比较理想的亲本曰以改良烟叶清香型风格为育种目标时,G80、GDH88是比较理想的亲本。选育浓香型烟叶风格品种时,较理想的组合有NC2326、GDH88、Va116×GDH88、G140×TN90;选育清香型烟叶风
格品种时,较理想的组合有NC82×G80、NC82×TN90、NC2326×TN90。 |

9 tobacco varieties (lines) and a burley tobacco variety TN90 were used to acquire 25 crosses by NC II design method and in which the combining ability of the three main flavoring substances affecting the tobacco flavor style were analyzed. The results showed hat the genetic characteristics of the three main flavoring substances affecting the tobacco flavor style mainly controlled by non-additive gene effects. When the breeding goal was to improve the Luzhou-flavor style of tobacco, Honghuadajinyuan, Gexin-3 were the ideal parents; When the breeding goal was to improve the faint scent style of tobacco, G80, GDH88 were the ideal parents. When the objective was to breed Luzhou-style tobacco variety, the ideal combinations included NC2326伊GDH88, Va116伊GDH88 and G140伊TN90; When the objective was to breed faint scent of tobacco style variety, the ideal combinations included NC82×G80, NC82×TN90 and NC2326×TN90. |
