中文摘要:
      对2010年四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过的绿茶新品种川沐28号和马边绿1号的生物学性状、营养芽物候期、主要生化成分以及名优茶品质等进行了初步研究和鉴定。结果表明:川沐28号和马边绿1号的营养芽萌发期分别比国家级良种福鼎大白茶早4~5d和2~4d,均属于早生品种曰且芽头肥壮,易采独芽。两个新品种的生化品质成分含量与对照相当,且配比适宜,具有优良品质的物质基础;用其鲜叶制作名茶品质较优、滋味鲜浓。因此,从生化特性及制茶品质来看,两个供试新品种在四川茶区具有良好的推广价值。
英文摘要:
      The characteristics of new buds, fresh leaves, main biochemical components and productive character of "Chuanmu28"and"Mabianlv1"which approved by Sichuan Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2010 were studied. The results showed that "Chuanmu28"budded4~5days earlier than "Fudingdabaicha"(CK), and "Mabianlv1"budded 2~4 days earlier than"Fudingdabaicha".They were early varieties and had fat bud and easy to adopt alone bud. The biochemical quality components of the two new varieties were similar with control group, and their contents ratios were suitable, they had excellent quality material foundation and the tea had high quality which was made by fresh leaves. Therefore, from the biochemical properties and tea quality, these two new varieties has good promotional value in Sichuan province
