      在室温26(±1)℃尧相对湿度80%~85%条件下,分别采用8种不同光周期(光暗比为0:24、6:18、8:16、10:14、12:12、14:10、18:6、24:0)对利用人工半合成饲料饲养的斜纹夜蛾各虫态进行处理遥结果表明袁光周期对斜纹夜蛾的化蛹率尧羽化率尧总存活率及产卵量均有较显著的影响袁而对其发育历期无显著影响袁当光暗比为12颐12时各虫态生长发育状况最好。

      Every stage of Spodoptera litura(Fabricius) was dealt with 8 sorts of photoperiod of light to dark at 0:24, 6:18, 8:16, 10:14,12:12, 14:10, 18:6 and 24:0 under the condition of 26(±1)℃ RH 80%~85% indoors. The result showed that the photoperiod had a significantly influence on the pupate rate, the emergence rate, the survival rate and the number of laying eggs except the life-span.Spodoptera litura had the best state of growth and development at 12:12.
