      为了研究在两种环境胁迫条件下果寡糖(FOS)对尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)血液中皮质醇(COR)及血糖(GLU)的影响,在含有6%的中草药饲料中分别添加0g/kg(对照组)、1g/kg(A试验组)、3g/kg(B试验组)和5g/kg(C试验组)的果寡糖投喂尼罗罗非鱼,进行为期90d的饲养试验。饲养试验结束后,一部分试验鱼进行致病菌胁迫试验,对试验鱼腹腔注射0.1mL浓度为1.0×106 CFU/mL的无乳链球菌渊Streptococcus agalactiae);另一部分试验鱼进行连续48 h的拥挤胁迫(35 g/L水体)试验,分别在0、3、12、24、36、48h取血样分析其血液中COR及GLU含量。致病菌胁迫试验结果表明,各个组的血液COR及GLU含量在胁迫后前24h内显著提高,其中A组和B组与对照组相比差异显著;在第24h各个组都达到了最大值,但随着时间的推移各组中COR及GLU含量逐渐下降,并慢慢恢复至与对照水平保持稳定。拥挤胁迫试验结果表明,在试验前,各组鱼血液中COR及GLU含量无明显差异,试验后3h,所有组鱼的血液COR及GLU含量都显著上升,上升趋势持续至第12h和第24h,其中A组和B组与对照组相比差异显著,C组与对照组相比略低,随后各个组COR及GLU含量开始下降,最终与对照水平保持稳定。由此可见,添加1~3g/kg的FOS可以有效提高罗非鱼机体的免疫调节能力,缓解鱼类在受到外界刺激引起剧烈的生理变化。
英文摘要:
      This study was conducted to determine effects of fructooligosaccharides on cortisol and glucose contents of serum in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) under two environmental stress. Different ratio of fructooligosaccharides including 0 g/kg (control group), 1 g/kg(group A), 3 g/kg (group B), 5 g/kg (group C) were mixed in basic feeds added with 6% chinese herbal formula additive. Nile tilapia were fed with these mixed feeds for 90 d and then some were conducted with bacteria stress trial and the others were exposed to crowding stress (35 g/L) for 48 h. Cortisol and glucose contents of serum were investigated at 0 h, 3 h, 12 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h, respectively. The results of bacteria stress showed that the cortisol and glucose contents of all groups had been elevated greatly after exposed 24 h, of which group A and group B had significantly difference compared with the control group. As time went by, the contents of all groups began to decrease, and eventually the test group had parallel to the control group. The crowding stress results showed that all of the groups had the same trend as the results of bacteria stress test. The difference between these two tests was that the cortisol and glucose contents of the latter one reached to the top level on the 12 h and 24 h, respectively. It concluded that 1~3 g/kg fructooligosaccharides could enhance the ability of resistance to harsh environment condition.
