| 大鲵人工繁殖一般采用人工注射催产激素及人工授精的方法。目前袁大人工授精普遍采用3种方法，即干法、干湿法、湿法。对这3种人工授精法进行试验比较，结果表明，干湿法人工授精的受精率最高、为37.6%~39.4%，其次是湿法授精，受精率为23.8%~25.9%，最低的是干法授精，受精率为18.9%~21.8%。干湿法授精在大鲵人工繁殖中的效果较好。 |

| Artificial reproduction of Andrias davidianus commonly use artificial injection of oxytocin and artificial insemination. Atpresent, there are three kinds of methods for artificial insemination of A.davidianus, namely dry method, dry-wet method and wet method,repectively. We compared the result of the three artificial insemination methods in this paper. The result showed that the fertilization rate
of dry-wet method was highest with 37.6%~39.4%. The second was wet method, the fertilization rate was 23.8%~25.9%. The fertilizationrate of dry moethod was lowest with 18.9%~21.8%. The result indicated that dry-wet method was the best artificial reproduction methodof A.davidianus. |
