| 耕地后备资源是耕地的重要补充来源，在耕地总量动态平衡中具有重要作用。以珠江三角洲为例，研究其耕地后备资源的类型、数量、质量和分布状况，结合实际，初选评价因子通过逐步判别法筛评价因子，确定评价因子的分级分值，采用特尔斐法与熵权法确定自然条件、社会经济以及生态环境因素的权重。然后基于GIS技术，根据评价图斑的属性数据，结合评价体系，确定每个评价单元各个因子的得分，再通过指数加权模型计算每个评价单元的总得分，，定各单元的潜力等级。 |

| Arable land reserve resources was an important supplementary source of the cultivated land, and it had an important role
in the dynamic balance of farmland. Taking the Pearl River Delta as example, cultivated land resource type, quantity, quality and
distribution were studied in this paper. Before combining with the actual grade score on evaluation factors, we used the progressive
discrimination analysis to screen factors , and then we used the Delphi method and entropy weight method to determine the socioeconomic
and natural conditions as well as the weight of the ecological environment factors. Based on GIS technology, and the evaluation
of the properties of polygons data, combined with the evaluation system to determine the factor score of each evaluation unit, and then
calculate the total score for each evaluation unit exponentially weighted model, the potential level of each unit was determined. |
