      随着基因组计划的快速发展,基因芯片在基因的发现与识别、基因与蛋白质的表达与功能研究方面都发挥着关键的作用。提出一种数学优化的算法,通过划定阈值进行猪抗寒性状相关基因的筛选以及抗寒性状相关基因分类效能的研究。该优化算法的泛化性能较好,较适用于高维特征的数据。这个特征选择的过程将筛选特征基因和分类评价尺度贯穿于基因芯片筛选猪抗寒性状相关基因的全过程。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of the human genome project, gene chip in gene discovery and identification, gene and protein expression and function of research plays a key role. A mathematical optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper, through the designated thresholds for the pig cold resistance related gene screening. At the same time puts forward the optimization algorithm is adopted to improve the cold resistance related gene classification efficiency of the research, the generalization performance of the optimized algorithm is better, more suitable for high dimensional data. The feature selection process will feature gene screening and classification evaluation scale throughout the gene chip to screen pigs during the process of cold resistance related gene.
