      为了更充分理解土壤球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白的分解及其与土壤有关特征的相关性,采用大田培养和Bradford 反应等实验室分析方法进行研究。结果表明,在整个培养时间内,在两组实验土壤中T-GRSP的减少量(青菜地21.1%,胡萝卜地13.1%)明显高于土壤中EE-GRSP的减少量(青菜地11.9%,胡萝卜地5.3%);而且胡萝卜地中GRSP(T-GRSP和EE-GRSP)的损失量明显小于青菜地的变化;土壤中T-GRSP分解变化和EE-GRSP分解变化呈现明显的正相关。土壤中T-GRSP和EE-GRSP分解变化与土壤碳水化合物(热水可提取态和可水解态)含量、土壤ß-葡萄糖苷酶的活性变化呈现明显的正相关;而与土壤蛋白酶活性、土壤微生物碳量的变化呈现明显的负相关。
英文摘要:
      In order to more fully understand the decomposition of glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP) and its coorelations with soil characteristics, the study was carried out by a in-situ field experiment and Braford analysis method. The results showed that, during the whole cultivating period, the loss mass of T-GRSP in the two groups (pakchoi21.1%,carrot13.1%) significantly was higher than that of EE- GRSP (pakchoi11.9%,carrot5.3%); and the loss mass of GRSP (T-GRSP and EE-GRSP) in the pakchoi group was significantly higher than that in the carrot group; the change T-GRSP content in soil was significantly positively coorelation with that of EE-GRSP. Both T-GRSP and EE-GRSP changes in soil were significantly positive correlation with soil carbohydrates (hot water extraction and hydrolysis states) content and ß-glycosidase enzyme activity changes, while presented a significantly negative correlation with soil proteinase activity and microbe biomass carbon change.
