运用PCR-SSCP技术和直接测序技术,对贵州白香猪的FSHß基因编码区3个外显子SNPs位点进行检测,利用一般线性模型分析其与产仔数的关联性。结果在贵州白香猪FSHß基因外显子2中发现1个多态位点,对于初产母猪,AB基因型母猪比AA基因型母猪的产仔数多2.57头(P<0.05);在外显子3中发现1个多态位点,对于初产母猪和经产母猪,AB基因型母猪比BB基因型母猪的产仔数分别多2.97头和2.08头(P<0.05)。B等位基因为优势等位基因。研究表明,FSHß基因可以作为贵州白香猪产仔性状改良的分子标记基因。 |

The single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of three exons in FSHßgene coding region were investigated by PCR-SSCP and direct sequencing and the effect of FSHßgene on litter size traits in Guizhou Bai Xiang pig was analyzed by general linear model.The results showed that the polymorphism was found in FSHßgene. One polymorphic site was found in exon2 and AB genotypic sow of Guizhou Bai Xiang pig produced 2.57 piglet more than AA genotypic sow for the first parity(P<0.05). One polymorphic site was found in exon3 and AB genotypic sow of Guizhou Bai Xiang pig produced 2.97 and 2.08 piglet more than BB genotypic sow for the first parity and latter
parities, respectively (P<0.05). B allele was the superior allele. The results demonstrated that the FSHßgene can be used as molecular marker in Guizhou Bai Xiang pig for litter size. |
