以药用植物半夏二年生幼苗为材料,在100 mmol/LNaCl模拟盐胁迫条件下,测定了在不同浓度外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)处理后,半夏幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白、超氧阴离子(O2-)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性的变化,并对半夏的总生物碱含量进行了测定。研究结果显示,适宜浓度(50 mg/L)的ALA处理,可以显著提高盐胁迫(100 mmol/LNaCl)下半夏幼苗的耐盐能力及其主要药用成分-总生物碱的含量。 |

In order to get the method of improving the salt tolerance of seedlings for Pinellia ternate (Thunb.) Breit. under salt stress,we studied physiological characteristics of P. ternate biennial seedlings. Several physiological indexes of P. ternate biennial seedlings were measured treated by 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) under salt stress like the contents of total alkaloids, soluble protein, malondialdehyde (MDA) and the mass fraction of superoxide anion(O2-), the activities of superoxide (SOD) , peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) were also measured. The result showed that under the treatment of 50 mg/L ALA solution, the salt tolerance and total alkaloids content of P. ternate biennial seedlings under NaCl stress(100 mmoloL-1) improved significantly. |
