采用Phillips和Hayman的染色方法,对位于宁夏同心、中宁和银川市的7年生宁杞1号枸杞根系的菌根真菌侵染特性进行调查分析。结果表明,不同枸杞种植区的菌根侵染率各不相同,以同心调查点的菌根真菌侵染率最高,中宁调查点最低;枸杞菌根真菌的侵染率为85.80%,侵染等级为5级,侵染强度为强;土壤盐度越大,侵染率增加;枸杞的菌根类型属于疆南星型丛枝菌根真菌,即A-型;枸杞根系中菌根真菌的菌丝宽度为3~12 μm,泡囊的直径为24~46.5 μm。 |

The mycorrhizal fungi infected characteristics of seven-years-old Ningqi 1 in Tongxin county,Zhongning county and Yinchuan city of Ningxia wolfberry were analysed by staining method of Phillip sand Hayman. Analysis showed that there are differences in colonization rates between different planted sites of wolfberry. The mycorrhizal fungi colonization rate of Tongxin county survey is the highest. The mycorrhizal fungi colonization rate of Zhongning county survey is the lowest. The average mycorrhizal fungi colonization rate of wolfberry is 85.80 percent. The colonization grade is 5. The colonization strength is strong.The colonization rate increase with increased soil salinity.The mycorrhizal type of wolfberry is Arum-type.The width of mycorrhizal fungi hyphae is 3~12μm in wolfberry's roots.The diameter of vesicular is 24~46.5μm. |
