      以云烟87品种为材料,在云南普洱市景东县开展了烟叶烘烤定色后期关键温度点稳温时间对烤后烟叶外观质量、物理特性、化学成分、致香物质、感官质量与经济效益的影响研究。结果表明:在干球温度54℃、湿球温度39℃时,稳温8 h处理的烟叶外观质量好、化学成分协调,感官质量最优,经济效益最佳。稳温16 h处理的烟叶物理特性好,致香成分较多。
英文摘要:
      Yunyan 87 was used as the experimental material, and the effects of different stable time of key temperatures at Later color fixing stage on appearance quality, physical properties, chemical constituents, aroma substances, smoking quality and economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco were evaluated at Jingdong county of Pu'er city. The results indicated that flue-cured tobacco had better appearance quality, chemical constituents, smoking quality and economic benefits when stable time was kept for 8 h at 54℃at dry-bulb temperature and 39℃of wet-bulb temperature. When the tobacco was kept for 16 h at 54℃of dry-bulb temperature and 39℃of wetbulb temperature,we got improved physical properties and aroma substances, which would be benefits to the formation of aroma material.
