      为掌握青藏高原地区环境效应和基因型对青稞ß-葡聚糖的影响,选取分别在青海西宁、西藏拉萨、云南香格里拉、甘肃合作和四川马尔康5个地区种植的昆仑12 号、藏青25、阿青6 号、甘青5号和康青6 号5个品种作为试验材料,对不同品种在不同环境效应下β-葡聚糖的含量变化进行分析。结果表明,青稞籽粒β-葡聚糖含量同时受基因型和环境效应的影响,是基因型和环境效应互作的结果,不同品种在拉萨种植时青稞β-葡聚糖含量较其他地方高,甘5号β-葡聚糖含量(3.567%)在参试的5个青稞品种中最高。
英文摘要:
      Hulless barley is the typical crop in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In order to understand the effect of genotype, environment and their interactive effects on 茁-glucans content of hulless barley, 5 hulless barley cultivars, Kunlun 12, Zangqing 25, Aqing 6, Ganqing 5 and Kangqing 6 respectively from Xining, Lhasa, Shangri-La, Hezuo and Maerkang were selected. The influence of genotype, environment and their interactive effects on β-glucan content were analyzed. The results showed that both genotype and environment had influence on β-glucan content. Average β-glucan content of cultivars from Lhasa was the highest among all selected cultivars, whereas the β-glucan content of Ganqing 5 was the highest with 3.567%.
