为了研究不同土壤类型蕉园中土壤线虫群落结构的分布特征,以海南香蕉种植区为例,分别采集了砖红土、黄壤土和潮土3种不同类型的蕉园土壤,分析了不同土壤类型蕉园土壤线虫群落结构的变化规律。结果表明:整个生育期不同土壤类型蕉园共发现土壤线虫27 科39 属。原杆属(Protorhabditis)和巴兹尔属(Basiria)为临高砖红土地块的优势属,针属(Paratylenchus)为乐东潮土地块和东方黄壤土地块的优势属,拟丽突属(Acrobeloides)为所有土壤类型地块的优势属。土壤线虫总数和植物寄生线虫数量由低到高的顺序为潮土<黄壤土<砖红土,食细菌线虫数量由低到高的顺序为黄壤土<砖红土<潮土,食真菌线虫数量和捕食/杂食线虫数量由低到高的顺序为砖红土<潮土<黄壤土。本研究显示袁不同土壤类型的蕉园中土壤线虫的群落结构差异显著,通过对土壤线虫群落结构特征的分析,能够从土壤生物学角度揭示我国热区不同土壤类型的蕉园土壤生态环境的差异。 |

To study the distribution of soil nematode community structure in banana plantation under different soil types, three kinds of soil types including Latosols, Alluvial soil and yellow soil were collected in Hainan Province, China. The results indicated that 39 nematode genera belonging to 27 families were identified during the whole growing season. Among the identified nematode genera, Protorhabditis and Basiria were the dominant genera in Latosols; Paratylenchus was the dominant genus in Alluvial and yellow soil;Acrobeloides was the dominant genus in all treatments. The abundance of total nematodes and plant parasites were in an order of Alluvial soil< yellow soil < Latosols. The abundance of bacterivores was in an order of yellow soil < Latosols < Alluvial soil. The abundance of fungivores and omnivores-predators were in an order of Latosols < Alluvial soil < yellow soil. It indicated that the distribution of soil nematode community structure was significantly different in different banana plantation soil types. The analysis on soil nematode community structure is a useful method for interpreting the soil ecological process under tropical area. |
