| 为了研究杜仲素对蛋品质的影响，选取100只张家界本地芦花鸡随机分为4组。对照组饲喂基础日粮，试验组饲喂在基础日粮中添加1%、2%、3%杜仲素的饲料，试验周期为8周，对蛋品质的相关指标进行检测。结果表明：杜仲素能显著改善鸡蛋的蛋重、蛋黄比例、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位及鸡蛋中Se含量，对蛋形指数及鸡蛋含水量则无显著影响，此外，添加杜仲素对鸡蛋的蛋壳重、蛋黄重、蛋白重、蛋壳比例、蛋白比例也有一定改善。饲料中添加一定的杜仲素能够在一定程度上改善蛋品质。 |

| In order to study the influence Eu-commin in the diet of laying hens on the egg’s quality, 100 Luhua chickens from Zhangjiajie were divided into 4 groups randomly. Control group was feed with basic ration, and the experimental groups were feed with fodder adding 1%, 2% and 3% Eu-commin in basic ration. The quantity of the eggs was detected after 8 weeks. The results showed that Eucommin
could improve egg weight, proportion of yolk, colour of yolk, Haugh unit and content of Se in eggs significantly, while had no signifcant effect on egg shape index and content of water. At the same time, it showed that weight of eggshell, yolk and albumen，proportion of eggshell and albumen were also improved. In a word, adding of Eu-commin in chicken爷s diet can ameliorate the egg’s quantity. |
