      为了探讨不同类型的氮源对中国被毛孢生长的影响,摸索优化中国被毛孢人工培养的培养基配方,本研究将8种不同类型的有机氮源添加到基础培养基中,考察了不同的有机氮源对中华被毛孢的生长速度和总生物量的影响。结果表明,添加黄粉虫蛹粉作为氮源无论是在菌落大小还是总生物量上都具有明显优势。效果较好的前3种氮源依次是:黄粉虫蛹粉>牛肉蛋白胨>黄粉虫粉。而大豆蛋白胨效果最差,仅优于对照组(不添加任何氮源)。由此可以推断:中华被毛孢在生长过程中会优先利用和天然寄主蛋白类型更为接近的动物性有机氮源。
英文摘要:
      To explore the influence of different organic nitrogen to the growth of Hisutella sinensis and the optimal medium formula to the mycelium, we compared the influence of different organic nitrogen resource on the H. sinensis growth speed and total biomass. The results indicated that either on total biomass or colonies diameters, the Tenebrio molitor lava as the nitrogen resource was superior to other kinds of nitrogen resources. In general, the three good nitrogen resources successively was T. molitor lava, beef peptone, T. molitor adult. The soy peptone was the worst nitrogen resource, only better than the control (no nitrogen added).So we may drew the conclusion as follows: in the growth process, the H. sinensis will have priority to use the animal nitrogen resource which is similar to the natural host .
