      从罗非鱼养殖系统(水体、底泥和肠道)的优势菌中筛选到了15株产淀粉酶的菌株,其中9株具有较高的淀粉酶活力(>50.0U/mL),分别为D17、D11、D38、D41、D45、D47、D51、D52和D55,D51 和D52的产淀粉酶活力最强,其最高酶活力分别可达267.86(±29.41)U/mL和190.52(±42.33)U/mL。对以上9株菌株进行16S rDNA鉴定,结果显示,菌株D17和D11为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.),菌株D45、D51、D41、D47和D52为微小杆菌(Exiguobacterium sp.),菌株D55为气单孢菌(Aeromonas sp.),菌株D38为节杆菌(Arthrobacter sp.)。

      Fifteen strains of amylase-producing bacteria were screened from dominant bacteria in tilapia culture system, and 9 of them had higher amylase activities (>50.0 U/mL), which were D17, D11, D38, D41, D45, D47, D51, D52 and D55. D51 and D52 had the highest amylase activities in all screened strains, and their amylase activities could be up to 267.86(±29.41) U/mL and 190.52(±42.33) U/mL, respectively. Using 16S rDNA identification, we identified D17 and D11 as Bacillus sp., D45, D51, D41, D47 and D52 as Exiguobacterium sp., D55 as Aeromonas sp., and D38 as Arthrobacter sp..
