以甘肃省通渭县户用沼气池建设项目为例,利用《联合国气候变化框架公约》清洁发展机制执行理事会批准的方法学AMS I.I,估算了农村户用沼气项目的温室气体减排量,并对其效益进行分析。项目位于甘肃省通渭县,年平均气温7.7℃,涉及通渭县20个乡镇的8 500户农户。估算结果表明,户用沼气池建设减少了农户化石燃料的用量,8 500口户用沼气池每年可减少温室气体排放5 120 t CO2。通过清洁发展机制出售温室气体减排量可获得额外资金468.9万元,用于补贴户用沼气池的建设和日常维护资金,不仅增加了农村贫困地区农户建设沼气池的积极性,有助于提高户用沼气池的普及率,进一步减少温室气体的排放量,还可以为国内在农村户用沼气领域实现温室气体的“可测量、可报告、可核实”(MRV)提供借鉴。 |

Taking Gansu Tongwei household biogas installing project as rearch object, greenhouse gas emission reduction of household biogas project was estimated by using methodology AMS I.I approved by Executive Board (EB)of clean development mechanism (CDM) under United Nation Framework Convention on Climate Change. The project involved 8 500 households in 20 towns of Tongwei County of Gansu Province, China, with average annual temperature 7.7℃. The results showed that greenhouse gas emission reduction was achieved through reducing the use of fossil fuel. The annual greenhouse emission reduction of 8 500 biogas digesters was 5 120 t CO2 and about 4.689 million RMB. Additional revenues can be paid from sale of the emission reduction, which can be used as subside for biogas digester construction and daily maintenance. With the additional revenues, the positivity of household biogas construction will be improved, which
will be contributed to facilitate the spreading of household biogas project in poverty rural areas. In addition, this study can be an example for carrying out greenhouse gas“Measurable, Reportable, Verifiable”in domestic rural household biogas sector. |
