Citrus greening disease (Huanglongbing) caused by bacterial (Candidatus Liberobacter sp.), is a devastating disease of citrus production, is currently spreading rapidly in citrus producing areas of the world and has become a key constraint factor of the citrus industry. This article describes the symptoms of citrus Huanglongbing disease and pathogen isolation and culture, a detailed molecular pathogen detection technology, including PCR, double-PCR, real-time PCR and LAMP rapid detection technology, and made the prospect of disease prevention and control. |
