油茶是我国特有的油料资源,油茶籽粕是其主要的经济加工副产物遥油茶籽粕中含有的生物活性物质可加工生产多种高附加值产品,用途十分广泛袁可产生较大的经济和社会效益。但在实际开发利用中,其开发利用深度远远不够,造成了大量资源的浪费,因此油茶籽粕的综合加工利用研究具有重要意义。介绍了油茶籽粕中的主要生物活性物质,主要生物活性物质的生化性质、综合利用以及加工技术,最后提出了油茶籽粕加工利用的前景展望,以期为我国油茶籽粕综合加工利用的进一步研究提供参考。 |

Tea -oil camellia is an unique oil resource of our country, tea -oil camellia seed dregs are the main economic processing by-products. The seed dregs contain bioactive substances that can be produced into various high value-added products with wide use and produce great economic and social benefits. In actual utilization, however, that the depth of development and utilization is not enough causes a lot of waste of resources. Therefore the research in comprehensive processing and utilization ways of tea-oil camellia seed dregs is of great significance. This article introduces the main bioactive substances in tea -oil camellia seed dregs, main biochemical properties of bioactive substances,comprehensive utilization and processing technology, finally, puts forward some relevant prospects, in order to provide the
reference for comprehensive processing and utilization of tea-oil camellia seed dregs in China. |
