| 为了分析潮汕地区橄榄地方品种(系)的遗传多样性，利用ISSR分子标记对该地区的54份橄榄地方品种(系)进行研究。结果表明，4个ISSR引物在供试品种(系)中共扩增得到49个谱带，其中多态性条带占79.59%；供试品种(系)的观察等位基因数、有效等位基因数、Nei's遗传多样性指数和Shannon's信息指数分别为1.7959、1.4316、0.2631和0.4008；供试品种(系)间的遗传相似性系数介于0.5763~0.9855，平均遗传相似性系数为0.7780。聚类结果表明，54份材料形成3个簇，品种(系)间的亲缘关系与来源地以及品种名关系不大。 |

| In order to analyze the genetic diversity of Canarium album L. landrances in Chaoshan area, 54 landrances of C. album L. were evaluated by ISSR. Total 49 bands were genereated with 4 ISSR primer, of which 79.59% were polymorphic. The observed number of alleles (Na), effective number of alleles (Ne), Nei's gene diversity (H) and Shannon's information index (I) of C. album L. landrances were 1.7959, 1.4316, 0.2631 and 0.4008, respectively. The genetic similarity among all the tested cultivars ranged from 0.5763 to 0.9855, an on average of 0.7780. The cluster analysis based on ISSR revealed that the landrances clustered into three groups, but the dendrogram did not indicate clear division among landrances based on their geographical origin and cultivars name. |
