| Recently, the development of rural land circulation is a critical period in China, how to promote the farmland circulation efficiency effectively combine with the new situation and new changes, to promote the rural land circulation of scientific, reasonable, standard, high efficiency, to promote the cultivated land transfer, it has great influence and role on the rural economic develop and the farmers living standards. In this paper, the author analyzed the composition and flow direction of rural land circulation, and its economic, social and ecological benefits, combined with the research situation and the specific case of rural land circulation in Poyang Lake region, to comparative analysis about the peasant household production and mass production, the benefit of the different cultivation mass production, and clear about the limit factors of circulation efficiency in the land circulation, combining with the innovation of farmland circulation mechanism to promote farmland circulation, safeguard the subject rights of circulation for raising farmers' enthusiasm,improve the development of supporting policies to promote rural labor transfer, etc., and given some countermeasure and the suggestion about optimization and improving the farmland circulation benefit. |
