采用聚乙二醇对水稻品种宜香481 和黄华占的幼苗进行了4 种浓度和持续8 天的渗透胁迫,对胁迫过程
中的脯氨酸,可溶性糖,可溶性蛋白,丙二醛,超氧化物歧化酶\过氧化物酶,过氧化氢酶和硝酸还原酶8 个生理生化
指标进行了3 次测定.结果表明:脯氨酸随着胁迫浓度和时间的持续都表现为上升,其他3 个生理指标表现不稳定;
所测4 个生化指标中,随胁迫浓度的上升过氧化氢酶表现为上升,硝酸还原酶则下降,其他两种酶表现不稳定,随着
胁迫时间的持续,过氧化物酶呈现先下降后上升,过氧化氢酶则表现为先上升后下降。 |

This experiment stresses rice seedlings of Yixiang 481 and Huanghuazhan under 4 different concentrations
of polyethylene glycols in 8 days, with 8 physiological and biochemical indexes of proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein,
malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidase and nitrate reductase were measured for 3 times. The results
showed that, proline increased with the raising stress concentration and time, while the other 3 physiological indexes
showed instability. Besides, of 4 biochemical indexes, the catalase increased with raising stress concentration while nitrate
reductase decreased and the other 2 enzymes were instable, peroxidase decreased first then increased, while catalase
increased first then decreased. |
