为明确海南菠萝心腐病菌烟草疫霉的生物学特性,研究不同培养基、温度pH值和光照对病菌菌体生长和孢
子囊产生的影响。结果表明,V8汁胡萝卜两种培养基适宜菌丝生长,而V8汁玉米粉和番茄3 种培养基适合病菌产生孢
子囊尤其是番茄琼脂培养基,可诱导病菌产生大量孢子囊病菌在10,35益范围内均可生长,最适温度范围是24,32最适pH值为5,8,在pH值7,8稍偏碱时菌丝生长速度最快。光照条件对菌丝生长影响不明显,但明显促进孢子囊的产生。 |

To explore the biological characteristics of Phytophthora nicotianae, a pathogen of heart rot of pineapple in
Hainan, effects of different culture medium, temperatures, pH value and illumination on the mycelial growth and
sporangium production of pathogen were studied. The results showed that V8 juices and carrot culture medium were
suitable for mycelial growth, and V8 juices, corn and tomato culture medium were suitable for sporangium production,
especially massive sporangium could be inducted in tomato culture medium. The pathogen could grow under 1035C with
optimum temperature range of 24,32,C. The optimum pH was 5,8, mycelia grew fastest when pH value was 7,8.
Illumination had no significant effect on mycelial growth of the pathogen, but obviously promoted sporangium production |
