随着高校大学生数量的逐年增加,农业院校大学生就业形势日趋严峻。农业院校大学生在基层就业,有
助于解决自身的就业问题和实现自身价值,同时也有助于提高政府的行政效率,从而更好地推进社会主义新农村建
设的进程。通过对农业院校大学生在梅州市基层就业的现状进行调查,从大学生自身、基层单位、国家政策等3 个层
面分析了农业院校大学生在基层就业的问题和影响因素,最后针对性地提出了促进农业院校大学生基层就业的四
级联动机制院政府方面应该出台、兑现优惠政策,激励农业院校大学生投入基层建设;基层单位要优化环境,留住农
业院校大学生;高校应该优化人才培养模式,努力构建通向基层的桥梁;毕业生自身要更新观念,树立从基层做起的
心态。 |

With the number of college students growing year by year, students in agricultural colleges are facing with
a more severe employment situation. Working at grassroots helps agricultural college students to solve their employment
problems and realize their own value, and help to improve the government's administrative efficiency, which is helpful to
promote the construction of new socialist countryside. Based on the investigation of grassroots employment status of
agricultural college students in Meizhou, influencing factors of grassroots employment of agricultural college students are
analyzed from the following three aspects: individual level, grassroots units and national policies. Suggestions are as follows:
governments should introduce and cash preferential policies, and encourage agricultural college students to work for the
grassroots construction; grassroots units should optimize the working environment, and try to keep the agricultural college
students; colleges should optimize the personnel training mode, and strive to strengthen their ties with the grassroots; the
graduates should update their concepts and build up the mentality of working from the grassroots |
