Based on 6 kinds of different materials of different hormone proportion, organic additives, genotype and
hybrid combination for anther culture of restorer lines of indica, The results showed that, hormone proportion in B3
treatment was more suitable for R8166 in anther culture, and B2 treatment was applicable to Hanghui173. Adding organic additives can improve the anther culture to a certain
degree. Further studies show that genetype is the most important factor in rice anther culture. In general, the indica rice
anther culture is very low, and the highest ability of anther culture is TaiFengZhan. Compared with R8166,the callus
induction rate of the hybrid combination of R1 and R2 has improved, but the subsequent differentiation was poor. In order
to select the more suitable method of anther culture of indica restorer line, and lay the foundation of accelerating anther
culture to the breeding process. |
