微小RNA(miRNA)的靶标研究是近年来植物学研究的热点之一。降解组测序(Degradome Sequencing)
是一种研究miRNA 靶标的新型高通量测序技术,其主要通过对miRNA 所结合并降解的信使RNA(mRNA)产物进行
高通量测序,再用生物信息学方法确定miRNA 的靶标mRNA。目前该测序技术已广泛应用于植物发育过程以及不
同胁迫条件处理下的调控研究。综述了降解组测序技术的原理、相关的分析软件及其在植物miRNA 靶标研究工作
中的进展,以期为深入研究植物基因调控机制提供有利的条件。 |

With the introducion of fingerprint concept into many fields, fingerprinting technology has developed
various forms. The fingerprinting was classified into biological fingerprint which took the biological macromolecules as test
object and chemical fingerprint which took the chemical components extracted from the plant as the test object. The origin,
application range, differences and other aspects of fingerprinting techniques were reviewed in this paper. In addition, the
application of different fingerprinting techniques in plant germplasm resources was summarized. |
